Thanking the stable master, the source of this information, Emma turned away and walked slowly back toward the castle as she debated what she should do, then picked up speed as she came to a dec...ision. Blake was the only one to notice her return as she crossed the Great Hall. Emma gave him a small smile, but did not pause to answer the question in his eyes. Continuing on in to the kitchen, she quickly packed a second basket full of food and a flask of ale for her husband. It was a peace offering of sorts, she supposed, and a small gift of welcome.
